An informative quilting workshop run by award winning quilter Wendy Nutt.

A fun way to make a tote bag that provides durability with good looks. Wendy will also have other samples of bags to give you ideas once you’ve mastered the basic skills.
For your fabrics, you may like to consider recycling clothing, household linens and fabrics left over from other projects.
The skills covered in the workshop are spray basting, colour combining, quilt as you go piecing, binding, decorative pleating, base board construction and handle making.
